On this exciting episode we talk with band leader, composer/arranger, woodwind specialist, educator, and our good friend, Sean Imboden.

This episode we chat with Sean about his busy schedule, how he finds time to write, gig, teach, and practice. We also have a few laughs! The album, Community Heart, has some incredible writing and playing on it.

In addition to tunes from Community Heart, several new charts including charts from a new album, due out in Spring of 2026, will be featured on the November 7th gig at The Jazz Kitchen.

Special guest Ryan Keberle will also contribute a chart for the gig. Ryan has his own trombone-led band, Catharsis, and is a member of the Maria Schneider Jazz Orchestra. His music is beautiful and unique. Check out his music here.
