Mark Buselli is a good friend of the Have You Heard radio show. Mark is a spectacular trumpet player, bandleader, composer/arranger, and on top of all that, he is the Jazz Studies director at Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana.
Earlier this year, the Ball State University Jazz Ensemble released their album “I Can See The Other Side” of all original compositions and arrangements, and guess who directed the band and produced the album? That’s right. None other than Mark Buselli!!
We were very happy that Mark could spare some time in his busy schedule to sit down and talk with us about the Ball State University jazz program, Ball State jazz ensemble and this great new album! We hope you enjoy listening to the show as much as we did putting it all together!
