We are super excited about this new album! Basically Baker Volume 2 has been getting some amazing reviews. Downbeat Magazine gave this album 4 out of 4 stars.
In this episode of Have You Heard, we listen to more cuts from the album. I played on this record and the more I listen to it, the more I like it! I usually don’t like listening to things I’ve played, but this album (and every album the Buselli-Wallarab Jazz Orchestra has recorded) is different. Every player is equally important and each brought their ‘A’ game. Not to ‘toot’ my own horn, but we made these incredibly challenging charts sound easy!
