This new album by Jason Marsalis and his 21st Century Trad Band, ‘Melody Reimagined: Book 1′, is an all around solid album. The quartet made of Jason on vibraphone, Will Goble on bass, Austin Johnson on piano, and Dave Potter on drums, is super swingin’ and groovin’! The tune writing is excellent, the execution of those tunes is well above par.
